What is a qualifying life event? A qualifying life event is a significant life change that allows you to make changes to your health insurance plan outside of the standard open enrollment period. These events typically impact your health coverage needs and eligibility. Opening a salon suite at Sola is considered a life-changing event and may qualify you to update your coverage.
